Notes from Second Chance Dog Rescue

Meet Felix! He is a 3 year old, 24 lb. fun loving mix looking for his forever home! His exact breed is unknown but his foster thinks he looks like a Mountain Feist mix, perhaps with corgi and lab? He is a super mutt! He has a big personality and an even bigger heart! Felix is housebroken, incredibly smart, strong, and wonderfully sturdy. He absolutely loves life, especially running and playing with other dogs and people. Whether it’s a trip to the park, a hike, a game of fetch, or simply hanging out with his people, Felix is happiest when he’s playing and gets to be included with you! He would be a wonderful match for active adults or a family with older children who enjoy adventures and have plenty of time for play and exercise. A big backyard would be a dream come true for this energetic boy! Although he is currently happy in an apartment, he would love space to run! He adores other people and dogs. But Felix isn’t all go-go-go. After playtime, he loves nothing more than cuddling, snuggling, and relaxing with his people. He has excellent house manners. And then there are those adorable ears! One stands up while the other has a charming little bend, giving Felix an unmistakable Scooby-Doo look. Felix is available for adoption and ready to meet his forever family! If you're looking for a smart, playful, affectionate, loyal companion who will happily join you on adventures and then curl up beside you afterward, Felix may be your perfect match. He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his vaccinations. His adoption fee is $300.
