Notes from Second Chance Dog Rescue

Meet Buster! Buster is an adorable 8-month-old, 50-pound German Shepherd/Great Dane mix with the perfect balance of playful energy and an easygoing personality.

This handsome pup loves going for walks, spending time at the beach, and playing in the water. He’s athletic and always up for an adventure, but he’s not overly energetic—Buster is just as happy curling up with his people for some quality snuggle time.

Buster is friendly, affectionate, and playful with both people and other dogs. He’s alert and curious about the world around him and has already enjoyed meeting lots of new friends around the neighborhood. He walks nicely on leash, is potty trained, and even loves his crate—he’ll happily put himself in there for a nap!

Buster is a wonderful all-around young dog who has so much love to give. He’s looking for a forever family who will continue helping him learn, grow, and become the very best canine companion he can be.

Buster’s adoption fee is $350. A $100 refundable training deposit is also required at the time of adoption. Training must be completed in a timely manner, and the deposit will be refunded once training requirements are met within three months of the adoption date.
