Notes from Second Chance Dog Rescue

Meet Millie! Millie is a beautiful Boxer/Pit Bull Terrier mix who was born on June 30, 2026. She currently weighs about 15 pounds and still has plenty of growing to do.

Millie is everything you could want in a puppy — playful, energetic, affectionate, curious, and completely adorable. She loves running, jumping, playing, and exploring, and she does great with other dogs. Because she has plenty of puppy energy to share, she would especially love a younger, playful dog who is ready to join in the fun.

Millie is also a little more attached to her humans than her sister Maisie. When she isn't busy playing, she loves being close to her people and soaking up attention and affection.

She is already doing very well with her puppy routine. Millie sleeps through the night and is making great progress with potty training. She uses pee pads inside her enclosure and lets you know when she needs to go outside. Like any puppy, she may occasionally forget when she gets overly excited and busy playing, but accidents are becoming fewer and fewer.

Millie and her sister Maisie are very similar in personality and love sticking together, but Millie tends to be just a little more people-focused. She has a wonderful combination of playful puppy enthusiasm and sweetness that makes her incredibly easy to love.

Millie is spayed and up to date on vaccinations. Her adoption fee is $350.

A refundable $100 training deposit is also required at the time of adoption. Training must be completed in a timely manner to help ensure our puppies become happy, well-mannered canine citizens. The training deposit will be refunded when the training requirement is completed within three months of the adoption date.

If you're looking for a loving, playful puppy who will happily romp with the dogs and then come looking for her humans, Millie would love to meet you!
