Notes from Starpaws Rescue
Meet Kitty! This happy-go-lucky pup was found on the streets of Mexico, heavily pregnant and underfed. She gave birth to 9 puppies in our care, but sadly, only one survived. Despite her hardships, Kitty loves living life and has a wag for everyone and anyone she meets! She's as happy to go on an adventure as she is to cuddle in your lap. As soon as she's done nursing her puppy, she'll be up for adoption! This is a courtesy listing. If you're interested in adopting Kitty, please fill out an adoption application with Big Love Animal Rescue https://bigloveanimalrescue.org/available-dogs/

What happens next
- Contact Starpaws Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
- They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
- Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Starpaws Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
- Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
