Notes from WoofDenRescue

Melody is here to sing you happy, relaxing tunes!

Meet Melody, a gorgeous 1-year-old woolly Border Collie and Siberian Husky mix with a stunning black and white coat. Despite being dumped in the brutal Central Valley heat and having to survive on pure instinct, Melody has kept her sweet, resilient spirit plus she does love any body of water lakes, ocean, river to a beach you name it she loves it.

She is a very relaxed girl who is great on a leash, loves other dogs, enjoys long walks and splashing in water, and is just a bouncy companion who loves being right by your side! She is ready for a real home to relax in. Could that be with you?

What happens next

  1. Contact WoofDenRescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to WoofDenRescue, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
