Notes from Rescue Ranch

Meet Ruffles

Ruffles is a sweet, devoted momma who arrived with her pups and instantly stole hearts. She earned her name in the most endearing way—when all a staff member had to lure her to safety was a bag of chips, and she trusted them enough to come right along. Since then, Ruffles has shown nothing but love. She’s gentle, affectionate, and endlessly grateful, the kind of dog who leans into every bit of kindness she’s given.

This deserving mama has done her job raising her babies and is more than ready for a home where she can be cared for, spoiled, and loved the way she’s always deserved.

Thank you for considering adopting a Rescue Ranch dog. While they are with us, each and every rescue dog receives the best of care in a loving and nurturing environment. Their routines include daily playgroups or partnering with dog buddies, quality time walking or being groomed, and two meals a day with dog biscuits for dessert.

What happens next

  1. Contact Rescue Ranch using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Rescue Ranch, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
