Say hello to Fiona, a sweet 18 pound, long legged, 2 1/2 year old Italian Greyhound mix rescued as a stray from Devore Shelter. This spirited girl greets life with a big smile—literally! She’s a big-time cuddler and an even bigger lover of life. Fiona is bursting with personality, loyalty, and love. She’s affectionate and obedient, always eager to please her people—but she’s also got a touch of independence that makes her extra special. Whether she’s zooming around with happy energy or resting by your side, Fiona is the best friend you could want. This little gal would thrive as the only dog in the home, where she can soak up all the love and attention she so deserves. Fiona is ready to be your best friend and will make an excellent companion to sit on your lap, cuddle and sleep beside you. She will be your best friend.

Fiona is currently being fostered in San Bernardino County, CA and must be picked up from there. For adoption information, please contact AlphaDogPetRescue@yahoo.com

What happens next

  1. Contact Dogz In Need using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Dogz In Need, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
