Notes from Dogz In Need
Courtesy post for another rescuer. Please be sure to contact allysonart8@gmail.com or 626-798-3077 for more information on sweet Samantha. Samantha’s journey began on the streets of Tijuana, born shortly after her pregnant mother was found in front of a gas station by a kind-hearted stranger. Thanks to a Good Samaritan, her mom was given a safe place to raise her puppies, away from the dangers of street life. Now, two years later, Samantha is still waiting for a home to call her own. Samantha is a stunning Alaskan Malamute and Shepherd mix, about 2 years old, spayed, vaccinated, and weighs a petite 38 pounds. She’s a bit shy when meeting new people but give her a little time, and she’ll soon show her sweet and gentle personality. She gets along beautifully with other dogs and children. While she adores her foster caretaker and their grandchild, the space is very limited and Samantha hasn’t had the chance to run and play outdoors like she longs to. She’s ready for a family that will give her the space, patience, and love she deserves. Currently being fostered in Tijuana, Mexico — but don’t worry! Transportation can be arranged as far north as Los Angeles County. Could you be the one to give Samantha her first real home?
