Siberian Husky / Mixed (short coat) · Young (1 year 7 months) · Female · Medium · Walnut Creek, CA
Notes from Northern California Sled Dog Rescue
Meet Blanca. Small Package, Big Personality!
Blanca has the good looks to turn heads and the personality to keep you smiling. This fun-sized girl is curious, affectionate, and enthusiastic about life, whether she’s meeting admirers at adoption events or exploring outside.
She’s thriving in foster care, where she makes friends and helps newcomer dogs feel welcome. She even spent a few months enjoying farm life, meeting new people and learning new routines. Now she’s ready for a home and family to call her own.
Blanca could happily share her home with a compatible canine playmate or enjoy being your one-and-only. She still has some puppy energy and can get overstimulated when excitement runs high, so she’ll do best with a patient family who can help her settle and keep learning. A home without small children or small animals is her best fit.
She loves outdoor time, making a securely fenced yard a big plus for exploring and entertaining herself. She’s fully potty trained with access to a doggy door, though crate time isn’t her favorite.
With Blanca, you’ll get a loving companion with a spirited streak and plenty of charm. She’s made lots of friends along the way, now she’s ready to find her person.
