Casper's foster family describe him as the most loving and sweet animal that makes everyone he meets smile and happy! He brings joy to every person he meets. They say he is truly unique and makes them laugh all the time, even in his stubborn ways. He loves having his humans around as much as possible. He is a homebody, but loves his 2 long walks a day! He loves to explore and meet new people! He has been phenomenal around children and thrives off of his relationship with his humans. He is always up for cuddles and playing, but could go for a good nap if he is near someone he trusts. We’re glad he loves his ball… but his level of fixation on it goes to show just how bad this boy needs a home and a family.
