Notes from Paws 4 A Cause Rescue

Denim is one of 7 dogs transferred to us from a rescue near the Mexico border. He is ivory with tan spots. They are an unknown mix (Lab? terrier?) and are expected to be between 50-80 pounds given their current size and weight. Demin is about 75 pounds now. They are super cute pups with lots of puppy energy! Denim is not good with kids. He needs a quiet home with a low activity level. He wants to be in your lap when you are watching tv. His sister Wisteria is also available. We are doing a two for one special for this pair. Our puppy/dog adoption fee includes: spay/neuter at 3-4 months old with our vet in San Bernardino, current shots, treatment for fleas and worms, microchip implantation and registration. Pets can be adopted on line and picked up in store. Our regular adoption events are on Sundays from 12-4 at the Fontana Petco. Foster families are always needed, especially during the Spring/Summer "kitten and puppy" season. If you have a little corner in your home for a cage and a few weeks, WE NEED YOU! The rescue covers all approved costs for materials and vet bills. https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/32026/generic

What happens next

  1. Contact Paws 4 A Cause Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Paws 4 A Cause Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
