Notes from Arizona Golden Rescue
BARKLEY is available!
*NOTE: 26-071 Bear and 26-072 Barkley will be placed TOGETHER as a bonded pair!
26-072 Barkley is an intact 4-and-1/2-year-old male Golden Doodle. He was surrendered with his half-brother 26-071 Bear, a 4-and-1/2-year-old male Golden Retriever. They have been together since they were 8 weeks old and are bonded. Barkley is described as sweet, goofy, loveable and a cuddle bug. Both dogs are very strong and will need serious leash training. AGR will handle the neuter. Barkley has tested positive for valley fever and has started recently on fluconazole medication to reduce his titer.

What happens next
- Contact Arizona Golden Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
- They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
- Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Arizona Golden Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
- Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
