Notes from Ghost Town Dog Rescue

Available for Adoption: Meet Neeru! Meet Neeru, a sweet and handsome little boy with the softest, silkiest fur and the most adorable personality! Neeru may be a little shy for the first 30 seconds, but once he warms up, he’ll happily climb right into your lap for cuddles. He’s affectionate, gentle, easygoing, obedient, and quiet—an all-around wonderful companion. He loves spending time with his friends and is incredibly sweet with everyone he meets. Neeru will require a home with a yard and preferably another furry sibling to grow up with. He currently sleeps comfortably in a kennel, is piddle-pad trained, and gets along beautifully with kids, cats, and dogs of all sizes. If you’re looking for a loving, gentle pup who will quickly become your best friend, Neeru is ready to steal your heart and find his forever home! He has had 2 vet visits, is neutered, Microchipped, UTD on all vaccinations, had a 4 DX test (testing for Lyme disease and two types of tick-borne illnesses), flea/tick/heartworm prevention (Nexgard Plus), 2 dewormings, and a 1 fecal test. Adopters will receive all original paperwork, a 14-day health guarantee, a collar, harness, leash, seatbelt lock, and a week's worth of food. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and are by appointment only. We are located in Mesa near Gilbert/Brown & offer flexible hours for meet-and-greet appointments. Private message if interested!

What happens next

  1. Contact Ghost Town Dog Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Ghost Town Dog Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
