Betty
German Shepherd Dog · Adult (8 years 4 months) · Female · X-Large · Phoenix, AZ
Notes from Help A Dog Smile
Meet Betty — a gorgeous, 8-year‑old German Shepherd with a big presence and an even bigger heart. She’s loyal, loving, eager to please, and fully housetrained.
Betty needs to be the only dog in the home. She thrives with an active family who can keep her moving with regular walks, hikes, or runs. A secure yard is required so she has space to stretch out and relax.
If you’re looking for a strong, devoted companion who wants to be by your side, Betty is ready.
Betty has been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Her adoption fee of $350 helps offset the cost of medical expenses. If you live in the Phoenix metro area and think Betty could be the right fit for you, please complete an application: https://www.helpadogsmile.org/adoption-application/ .
* Please note that the application is not a commitment to adopt–it is a tool used to help determine if a dog and applicant would make a good match. Applications are forwarded to the foster family for review and follow-up.

- Contact Help A Dog Smile using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
- They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
- Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Help A Dog Smile, never to AdoptNearby.
- Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
