Notes from Out Of The Woods Dog Rescue and Referral
Penny and her sister were hanging out at a busy intersection for a while. Several volunteers in the rescue drove by and were worried for their safety. Penny came right up and was happy to see a friendly face! She is sweet and loving and will make a great companion! Please apply online at www.ootwrescue.org
