Notes from Stone County Humane Society Inc.

Missy has a beautiful white coat with black speckles. She is full of energy and just loves life! She does well with other dogs but is too energetic for small kids (tends to knock them over). Missy craves attention and loves to run and play. She is deaf but that doesn't bother her - she pays attention to those hand signals. She is a VERY smart girl. An active family or person to take her on adventures and practice her training is ideal. She loves to show off her talents like down and roll over. We have to do the hand signal for sit and make her sit before she will eat her food. She likes to practice what she knows! Missy is also house trained and very eager to please.

**Missy is pretty well trained already but could use a refresher on some of the hand signals. She was enrolled in the Paws in Prison Program for 8 weeks of training. She will be at the North Central Unit in Calico Rock. Missy is paired with trainers who will be able to work with her even though she is deaf. She will graduate in October.
