Notes from Rose Acres Rescue

Meet Coosa! Coosa is a handsome 1 year-old boy who appears to be a Lab/Beagle/Vizsla mix (his mom looks mostly Vizsla). He’s the lovebug of the Creek Bank Puppies—always wanting to be close, and happiest when he’s in your lap! This sweet boy is an expert at surprise kisses and knows how to make everyone smile.

Coosa is a happy-go-lucky, energetic goofball who’s learning his manners and has already come such a long way since arriving! He’s great with kids, dogs, and cats, and is sure to bring joy and laughter wherever he goes.

Coosa has been neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and is heartworm negative. Adoption fee: $350.

What happens next

  1. Contact Rose Acres Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Rose Acres Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the dogs care guide so you arrive prepared.
