Pet info, adoption cost/detail information below: PET DESCRIPTION: Apricot Jam is a female Pit Bull Terrier mix, about five-months-old as of late Oct, should be in the 40-50 lb range when fully grown. Very sweet and submissive in nature. Loves people & is very quiet and gentle. Loves treats, cuddling and kisses. Would adore being a member of a family getting and giving all the love possible. One of 25 dogs we took in that were living completely INSIDE of a very small storage type building with their owner. For many of the younger dogs it appeared they may have never been outside. While they were in horribly filthy condition coming in to us we can say they are all incredibly sweet. Yes many were very shy at first but they craved attention and are blossoming getting out to play in our play yard. They are rapidly adjusting and will be wonderful dogs in most any dog loving family.
DOG ADOPTION FEE is $100. This Adoption fee includes: mandatory spay/neuter which will be done before you can take your dog or puppy home with you; basic canine immunizations (DHPP-CPV & Bordatella Intranasal); de-wormings; one-year rabies vaccination if old enough; heartworm test if over five months old; microchip from 24-Pet Watch (and we register the chip at time of the adoption); certificate for free health examination at your participating veterinarian; and a goodie bag chocked full of information, toys, and more. (If a dog is sponsored or has a waived or lower fee, that info will be provided at the point of adoption to the approved adopter).
