Full of life, overflowing with love, and always ready to make a new friend, there’s never a dull moment when Precious is around. She has a way of making the most of every day, greeting the world with a wiggly butt, a happy heart, and the kind of personality that makes it hard not to smile. She’s the perfect mix of playful and affectionate, always up for a game of tug, an outdoor adventure, or a leisurely stroll with her favorite people. And once the excitement winds down? Precious is more than happy to settle in beside you, soak up some gentle pets, and enjoy a good snuggle session. She even has the most endearing little snorts and huffs, which are usually the only noises we hear her make! When she is uber excited you can’t miss seeing her adorable little bunny hops! Precious has been making friends wherever she goes, and that includes her four-legged friends! She has met a variety of dogs here at the shelter and has absolutely excelled during her meet-and-greets. She’s respectful, pays attention to other dogs’ cues, and enjoys a good game with her canine companions. She also had the opportunity to live with other dogs in a foster home and did fabulous! Though she can be an excitable girl, she has also done well around dog-savvy cats. As with any adoption, a meet-and-greet is highly recommended if you have another dog at home to ensure everyone is set up for success. On top of her wonderful personality, Precious has some great life skills! She’s potty trained, crate trained, walks well on leash, and has experience enjoying the comforts of a home. She has so much to offer a family, from her playful spirit and love of adventure to her ability to settle in for a quiet evening by your side. Precious has a way of making shelter life look easy, bringing sunshine to the everyday with her bright personality and endless enthusiasm. But even the happiest hearts need a place to call home, and after 134 days under her collar, this girl is still waiting for hers. She’s ready for a fresh start, a family to call her own, and someone to share all the little moments that make life so wonderful. Precious has already shown us how much love she has to give. Now, we just need to find the person who gets to experience it every day.
