Monty
Domestic Short Hair / Mixed (short coat) · Senior · Male · Medium · Webster, WI
Notes from Humane Society of Burnett County
Monty is an 8 year old gentleman with plenty of personality and a definite idea of how he likes to spend his days. He’s mostly independent and perfectly happy doing his own thing, making him a great companion for someone who appreciates a more laid-back, low-maintenance cat. Monty does tolerate most other cats, but if he had his way, he’d probably prefer to be the only feline in the home. He can be a little temperamental at times, but he also has a sweet side that comes out when he’s feeling comfortable and content. Monty is on a special diet to help manage urinary issues, so his adopter will need to be committed to keeping him on the food that helps him stay healthy. If you’re looking for a mature cat who marches to the beat of his own drum and will keep you guessing whether you’re getting his sassy or sweet side, Monty might be your guy! If you would like to meet me, please visit our website and complete the pre-adoption application. Once it has been processed then we can make a date to get together! All cats are spayed/neutered (deposit required if too young), vaccinated, dewormed, flea and tick treated, microchipped and more before adoption. Our adoption policies include: Application, Vet reference, Landlord approval & Criminal Background Check. HSBC has a policy of not declawing, which is included on our Adoption Contract. We do not do same day adoptions. We request that you call for an appointment after your application has been approved to come and visit the cat of your choice. Please visit our website for additional information. The online application can be found at: https://hsburnettcty.org/adoption-application/
