Notes from Regional Animal Services of King County

Hello hello, my name is Rae I am ready for adoption!

I am an affectionate lovebug who would be thrilled to cuddle up with you at home once I get to know you.

My caregivers have noticed that I seem to do well with other cats. I came in with my big adult buddy buddy Marcus and we did really well together. When meeting cats in a new home, I would do best with a slow introduction.

I am a gentle and loving cat who likes to take things slow. I may get nervous in new situations, so I am looking for a family who understands that I might need some time to warm up. Once I get to know you, I will be a very devoted friend!

You can visit me at the Pet Adoption Center on weekdays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

The Pet Adoption Center is located at 21615 64th Ave S, Kent, WA 98032.

Come and visit me today, I'd love to go home with you!

What happens next

  1. Contact Regional Animal Services of King County using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Regional Animal Services of King County, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
