Notes from Second Chance Companions

Hi, my name is Lilly - we got a new landlord and they said I can't stay. My human mom is heartbroken. She is working with SCC to help me find me a family that will love me as much as she does. So, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am a petite girl, all of about 9 pounds and about 8 years old. I have been living in a quiet home and that is great for me. I can be a bit shy when I meet new people, but if you are patient with me, you will discover that I have a huge heart and so much love to give. Once I am comfortable, I am a world class snuggler! One of my favorite things is curling up on my persons belly or chest and soak up all of the cuddles. I also show my affection with gentle hand licks and by flopping dramatically onto the floor so you can admire my cute belly. When not busy snuggling, you will usually find me playing with my feather toys. I love to perch on my cat tree, relaxing in cozy cat beds and soaking up warm sunbeams whenever I can. I love fresh water and have never said no to a tasty treat. I live a strictly indoor life so, a perch by the window would be nice because I love watching the birds. I am a bit of a chatty girl. I might greet you when you come home from your errands or to tell you I would like some attention. I don't have any experience with kids, so, maybe some older ones might be better. Toddlers can be a bit noisy. I also don't have any dog experience, so no thank you! I am very good with my litterbox, current on my vaccines and microchipped.
