Giacomo
Domestic Short Hair · Baby (2 months 22 days) · Male · Leesburg, VA
Notes from The Feline Foundation of Greater Washington, Inc.
FFGW Adoption Policy is that all kittens under 6 months must be adopted in pairs. If not part of a bonded pair, you need to have a compatible cat 1 year old or younger already in the family.
Giacomo is a frisky and affectionate kitten! He loves to pounce on his unsuspecting buddy Ghost and has a squeaky little meow that generally only appears when you pick him up and kiss him on the head (who can blame you when he's just that cute!). Once playtime is over, he will curl up next to you on the couch and nap contentedly, especially if you give him some chin scratches.
Giacomo is full of energy, adorably chaotic yet unbelievably gentle, and highly adaptable. He loves to bat around a toy mouse or plastic spring, dive to catch wand toys, and spend time with his people once he gets tired. He settles into new environments quickly and is generally unbothered by loud noises, rough petting, nail trims, or other typical household chaos.
Giacomo would likely do well in households of all sizes - he gets along well with other cats and children and seems friendly towards dogs in the foster home. He must be adopted with his buddy Ghost or to a household with a young playful cat at home.
Giacomo is scheduled to be neutered and the surgery will be covered by Feline Foundation at their partner vet.
