Toby was found in the middle of the road as a baby. With his scratches and small cuts, we are assuming he was inside a car engine bay, and fell out on the road. Even with his harsh beginning, Toby is a sweet kitty. He loves to play and romp in his foster home. He would love to be adopted with his best friend, Eleanor!
