Notes from Fancy Cats Rescue Team

Meet Hermes! Named after the Greek god of thieves, this big, lovable fella is ready to steal your heart.

Hermes is a true sweetheart who lives for love and affection. Whether he's purring up a storm, chatting with you about his day, or simply hanging out by your side, he just wants to be near his favorite people. Having spent several years navigating the streets, he has grown into a strong, muscular boy, but he is a lover, not a fighter. When he first arrived on a kind family's doorstep, he showed his gentle nature by refusing to engage with neighborhood cat bullies, choosing peace over conflict.

While Hermes doesn't mind the company of other cats, he may need a little guidance on how to play with them. He does have a minor condition called entropion (where the eyelashes curl inward), but he is already scheduled for surgery soon to get that fixed.

If you are looking for a sweet, cuddly hunk of a cat to complete your home, Hermes is your guy!
