Meet Iris
Meet Iris, a petite and very special girl with an uncommon dilute tortoiseshell coat in beautiful shades of blue and cream.
Iris was born June 11, 2024, and sadly, she missed out on much of what should have been her kittenhood. She became a mama herself while she was still so young. Her kitten, Bean, is also looking for a forever home.
Now Iris is ready for a new chapter—and she has decided that she would very much like to learn the fine art of being a lazy house cat.
Iris is a shy, gentle girl who needs someone willing to be patient and let her get to know them at her own pace. She may not be the cat who immediately jumps into your lap, but once she feels safe, she is beginning to discover just how wonderful life can be.
She has excellent household manners and seems to enjoy the company of other cats. In fact, Iris has recently taken on an adorable new job: foster-room babysitter! She has welcomed three kittens who aren't even hers and has been happily helping her foster mom keep an eye on them.
Iris has spent too much of her young life being a mama. Now she deserves to be someone's spoiled little princess, with a soft bed, a quiet home, plenty of patience, and all the time in the world to simply be a cat.
If you're looking for a gentle soul and are willing to give her the time she needs to trust you, Iris may be the perfect girl for you.
Adoption fee $200, includes: first 2 FVRCP vaccines, deworming, flea preventatives, sterilized, microchip
