Notes from Community Animal Welfare Society

Sweet Michelle is a young mama cat who has finished raising her kittens and is now ready for a loving home of her very own! She and her kittens, Inky and Fidget, came to CAWS after their owner left them with a family member who ultimately was unable to be their forever home. Michelle is an absolute sweetheart. She is friendly, affectionate, and loves getting attention from her people. After spending her time caring for her babies, she’s ready to be the one getting all the love and spoiling she deserves. Michelle is looking forward to a fresh start with a family who will cherish her for years to come. She loves all people, and seems to be friendly toward other cats although has been protective of her kittens. She would thrive as an only cat or could adjust to a new cat friend as well. A slow introduction to new cat friends will help her adjust. She has not lived with a dog, but a mellow and cat savvy dog could be ok in her forever home. If you’re looking for a sweet, loving companion with a gentle personality and lots of affection to give, Michelle may be the perfect match for you. If you are interested in adopting a CAWS pet, please fill out an online application at https://caws.org/adoption-application
