Notes from Community Animal Welfare Society

Scoobert is a curious, playful little guy with a fun personality and a big love for his kitten friends. He’s always ready to explore, investigate what you’re doing, or jump into a good play session. Scoobert may not be the type of kitten who wants to be carried around or snuggled in your arms, but he still loves being part of the action. He enjoys sitting near his people, interacting and playing with you, and will happily accept pets when he’s comfortable. He likes affection on his own terms and has a sweet way of keeping you company without needing to be in your lap. Where Scoobert really shines is with other kittens. He absolutely LOVES his foster friends and is noticeably happier and more confident when he has a feline buddy by his side. Because of how important that companionship is to him, Scoobert must be adopted with one of his foster friends. If you’re looking for a silly, curious, playful little sidekick and have room in your heart for two kittens, Scoobert might be your perfect match. He’ll keep you entertained, keep his kitten buddy busy, and probably keep a very close eye on everything you do. What happens next

  1. Contact Community Animal Welfare Society using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Community Animal Welfare Society, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
