Notes from Dallas Animal Services
Birdy is an 8-week-old female kitten in need of a rescue, foster, or adopter who can provide the continued medical care, support, and close monitoring she needs. She is currently experiencing failure to thrive and requires a dedicated caregiver who can help her gain strength and reach her full potential. Birdy would benefit from a stable, nurturing environment where she can receive ongoing veterinary care, nutritional support, and any recommended diagnostics or treatment. At just 8 weeks old, she is still very young and may have a good opportunity to thrive with timely intervention and attentive care. Please share Birdy’s information to help us find a rescue, foster, or adopter who can provide the specialized care and support she needs. This animal is at risk for euthanasia. If you are interested in helping Birdy, please email dasadopt@dallas.gov with your contact information so we can call you back.
