Notes from City of Houston, Bureau of Animal Regulation and Care

Meet Pecan (A2094264), a 19-week-old tabby girl with the sweetest, most outgoing personality! She may be a little hesitant with new people at first, but she warms up quickly—especially if you offer pets, which she absolutely loves. Pecan is a chatty girl who expresses herself with adorable chirpy meows and will happily purr and make biscuits on any cozy blanket. She’s a brave explorer who enjoys playing with other cats and investigating every corner of the room. Her favorite game is tag with her sister, Waffle (who is also available for adoption!). Pecan naturally takes on the confident leader role, helping Waffle feel safe and brave in new spaces. She is fully litter trained, enjoys both wet and dry food, and gets along great with other cats. Full of love, confidence, and charm, Pecan is ready to brighten the days of her forever family. If you are interested in adopting please email BARCfoster@houstontx.gov today!
