Notes from City of Houston, Bureau of Animal Regulation and Care
Hi, I'm Blue! I'm a ten-week-old girl with a silvery tabby coat, crisp stripes, a little white locket on my chest, and dainty white socks. I'm the calm one of my litter. I like to take my time getting to know new people, so I'll watch from a distance at first and decide when I'm ready to say hello. My favorite place in the whole world is the very top of the cat tower. Once I've climbed up there, I'll settle in and quietly keep an eye on you while you cook dinner or work. That's my way of keeping you company and letting you know I'm interested in you. Once I've decided you're my person, I'm a wonderful cuddler. There's nothing I love more than a big meal of kitty pâté followed by a long nap curled up in your lap. I'm up to date on my shots, free of parasites, spayed, and microchipped, so I'm ready to come home with you. I'd be even happier if Yellow or Pink came along too. A familiar friend would help me settle into my new home faster and give me a playmate for the times I come down from my tower.
