Notes from City of Houston, Bureau of Animal Regulation and Care

Hi, I'm Green! I'm a ten-week-old boy, a tuxedo with a sleek black coat, a white bib, white mittens, and a bold white blaze that sweeps down one side of my face. I'm also the only one in my litter with almond-shaped eyes, which gives me a look all my own. I came to my foster family as a very sick little kitten, but I made a remarkable comeback, and now I'm the first one out of the gate whenever something interesting happens. I'll jump higher, climb farther, and get into more mischief than any of my siblings. My favorite toy is a plastic ball with a bell inside, and I'll chase it anywhere it rolls. A sudden noise behind me can make me jump, but I always spin around and pounce on whatever startled me, because I'm brave like that. I'm as loving as I am bold. When I want your attention, you'll know it: I have the longest meow in the family, and sometimes I howl like a little wolf until you come over for some snuggles. I'm up to date on my shots, free of parasites, neutered, and microchipped, so I'm ready to come home with you. I'd be even happier if my best friend Orange came along too. We wrestle, chase each other through every game we can invent, and whenever one of us goes off to explore, the other follows right behind. Together we'd keep each other entertained and keep you smiling.
