Notes from San Antonio Feral Cat Coalition
My name is Loleta, and I would like to begin by acknowledging the obvious: I am gorgeous. You’re welcome for the opportunity to admire me. I’m a two-year-old fluffy diva with the presence of a distinguished lady and the attitude to match. My start in life wasn’t exactly fit for royalty. I came from ACS with an untreated rectal prolapse that had gone uncorrected for more than three months. Thankfully, I finally got the corrective surgery I needed, and once I was feeling better, my true personality came out in full force. Turns out, I had quite a bit of sass saved up! These days, I enjoy being petted, pampered, and generally appreciated for the magnificent creature I am. I like attention from my people and make regular rounds to check in with them. You might think you’re busy doing something important, but I assure you, taking a moment to admire me is always a worthwhile use of your time. Other cats, however, are a different matter. I prefer to be the only feline royalty in the household, thank you very much but if I must tolerate other servants... I suppose I will. If another cat gets too close, I’m not shy about expressing my displeasure with a few grumbles and a healthy dose of attitude. I have standards, and apparently not everyone meets them. I’m looking for a home where I can be the undisputed queen, receive the affection I deserve, and spend my days being fluffy and fabulous without the indignity of sharing my throne. If you appreciate a beautiful, opinionated lady who will seek you out for attention and keep you thoroughly entertained, I believe we could have a very rewarding arrangement. Naturally, I expect to be adored accordingly. To inquire about adopting this cat please complete an adoption application at tinyurl.com/ccapadoptions
