Notes from Rockwall Animal Adoption Center
Meet Betty! Betty is a beautiful 2-year-old Domestic Short Hair looking for the fresh start she truly deserves. This sweet girl came to us after being rescued from a severe hoarding situation where her previous home had more animals than they were able to properly care for. Now, Betty is ready to find a loving family that can give her the patience, security, and individualized attention she's never had. Betty is a gentle, quiet cat who gets along well with other cats, making her a wonderful companion for a feline-friendly home. We are unsure how she would do with dogs, so any introductions should be slow and carefully managed. Because of her past, Betty is still learning that people can be kind and that a home can be a safe place. She would thrive in a calm, quiet environment with a patient family willing to let her settle in at her own pace. With time, consistency, and plenty of gentle encouragement, Betty has every opportunity to blossom into the confident, loving cat she was always meant to be. Betty is spayed, microchipped, current on her rabies vaccination, basic boosters and FIV/FeLV negative. Betty's adoption fee is $50. If you have room in your heart and home for a cat who simply needs a chance to shine, she may be the perfect addition to your family. To apply to adopt Betty, please submit an online adoption application at: https://rockwalladoptions.com/adoptfoster/adoption-application/ We will contact approved adopters only with the next steps in the adoption process.
