Notes from Cat Around Town Project

Hi, I’m Snippit ❤️—proof that you don’t need a full tail to be a full-time sweetheart.

I was found by a kind-hearted Good Samaritan with a wound that left me with only half a tail... and that’s how I got my name! My tail may be a little shorter than everyone else’s, but my capacity for love is absolutely oversized.

I’m one of the sweetest, most affectionate girls you’ll ever meet. My favorite way to say "I love you" is by rubbing my face against yours, and if there’s an available lap, you can bet I’ll be claiming it.

When I’m not busy soaking up cuddles, I’m happily playing with my foster siblings and joining in on all the kitten fun. I’m the perfect mix of playful energy and snuggly companion.

If you’re looking for a loving little shadow with a unique story, a tiny tail, and a huge heart, I’m your Snippit.

What happens next

  1. Contact Cat Around Town Project using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Cat Around Town Project, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
