Notes from Cat Around Town Project

I'm Torti-Feasor! Looking for Love (and Maybe a Few Extra Treats)

I was trapped for TNR as a tiny kitten, but I must have been extra cute because I skipped the return trip and landed in foster care instead. I've decided indoor life is definitely the way to go. Soft beds, tasty snacks, and people who tell me I'm pretty? Yes, please!

Every day I grow a little more confident. I've become quite the chatterbox and love spending time with my favorite people. I still prefer not to be picked up, and if something startles me, I may retreat to my safe spot for a few minutes before coming back for more pets.

My foster mom says I'm a funny, silly girl once I'm comfortable—and I use my giant green eyes shamelessly to convince humans that I deserve just one more treat.

If you're looking for a sweet, chatty companion who just needs a little patience to let her personality shine, I think we could be the purr-fect match.

What happens next

  1. Contact Cat Around Town Project using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Cat Around Town Project, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
