Notes from Cat Around Town Project
Hi, I’m Wildman —and I’ve had quite the journey to get here!
I came into foster care when I was just 6 weeks old and had a pretty rough start, with several medical setbacks along the way. But I’m a fighter, and after getting stronger, my foster family discovered something pretty special: I’m actually the sweetest, most lovable boy!
I give literal hugs by putting my paws around your neck, and I love giving headbutts and fist bumps. I’ll even help fix your hair when you get out of the shower because, obviously, you need professional assistance.
I come running when I hear you walk through the door, and I love being around my people. I’m great with cats and kids and do okay with dogs.
I’ve been through three prolapses, had the last portion of my colon tacked in place, and battled stomatitis that meant I needed several teeth removed. But I’m finally on the road to healing! I eat normally, I LOVE my treats, and I’m ready to keep enjoying this thing called life.
After everything I’ve been through, all I really want is a forever family who will love and cherish me as much as I love them.
