Notes from Pet Adoption and Lifecare Society

Meet Katherine and MaryRose—a little “Kat” and a little “Rose,” ready to blossom! These girls aren’t sisters, but they grew up together after each arrived as a singleton kitten without a mama. Nursed back to health by PALS, they’re now ready to put down roots in loving forever homes!

MaryRose LOVES to play!- springs, wand toys, track balls- she loves them all! And if you play with her, she is in heaven.

They don’t need to be adopted together, but each needs another feline playmate to help her bloom.

Note: if you do not have any other pets, we require that you adopt TWO kittens. This is for the benefit of the kitten for behavioral development. Companionship is critical.

They will also entertain each other and you!

We offer a low cost spay and neuter package.

This cat has tested FeLV/FIV. negative, is current on vaccinations, parasite-free and litter-box trained. To hasten the adoption process, please complete our adoption form online at bit.ly/40Z2HIn

What happens next

  1. Contact Pet Adoption and Lifecare Society using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Pet Adoption and Lifecare Society, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
