Notes from Pet Adoption and Lifecare Society

Full of energetic personality Shire is the only surviver of a sick litter of 5 bottle babies and enthusiastically embraces life with zest. He loves hard and plays hard. His purr can be heard across the room and loves to snuggle on your chest in blissful contentment. He loves food and will try anything once, even yours. Like any young kitten he is sometimes forgets his manners when playing and needs a home with school aged children and experienced cat owners with mature cats who will remind him to be less rambunctious and more respectful when playing. He is also very dog friendly and loves to play with any living thing, hence the need for well matched mature playmates until he grows up a little. He also plays well on his own independently if you are busy. When he is reunited with his human companions he will run up chirruping loudly and demand affection and attention which with his soft fur and appreciative purring make it a pleasure. Shire survived for a reason , maybe it’s you! Note: if you do not have any other pets, we require that you adopt TWO kittens. This is for the benefit of the kitten for behavioral development. Companionship is critical. They will also entertain each other and you! We offer a low cost spay and neuter package.

This cat has tested FeLV/FIV. negative, is current on vaccinations, parasite-free and litter-box trained.
