Notes from Forgotten Cats, Inc.

Meet Chimney — This Sweet Boy Has Found His Voice! What a wonderful change we’ve seen in Chimney! When he first arrived at Forgotten Cats, he was a quiet, reserved boy trying to adjust after he, Twizzler and Twix were abandoned in a parking lot. It took some time for him to understand that he was finally safe. Then Chimney moved into the free-roaming room with his buddies Twizzler and Twix—and everything started to change. ❤️ Chimney has truly come out of his shell! This once-quiet boy is now friendly, talkative, affectionate and even a LAP CAT! He’ll follow visitors around the room looking for attention, and if you aren't paying enough attention to him, don't worry—Chimney will meow to remind you that he is ready for pets! He still has a very special bond with Twizzler, and the two can often be found curled up cuddling together. After everything they’ve been through, it’s especially sweet to see Chimney feeling secure enough to relax, make friends and show everyone what a loving kitty he really is. Chimney has gone from hiding his personality to practically saying, “Hey! Over here! Pet me!” Now this handsome boy just needs the final piece of his story: a loving forever home where he can have a lap to curl up on, someone to talk to, and all the affection he’s been asking for. Come meet Chimney—sit down for a minute and you may just find yourself with a new best friend in your lap. ⬛❤️ Please submit our no-obligation Adoption Application for a meet and greet or to adopt: https://forgottencats.org/adoption-application/.
