Notes from Forgotten Cats, Inc.

Meet Twizzler — He’s Coming Out of His Shell! Sweet Twizzler has come such a long way! When he first arrived at Forgotten Cats, he was a quiet, gentle boy who seemed a little sad and unsure of everything happening around him. Twizzler, along with his friends Chimney and Twix, had been abandoned in a parking lot, so it’s understandable that he needed some time to feel safe again. But now that Twizzler has moved into the free-roaming room with Chimney and Twix, we’re seeing a whole new side of him! ❤️! This once-reserved boy is blossoming. Twizzler has started following visitors around the room looking for pets and attention—a wonderful sign that he’s learning to trust people and enjoy all the affection coming his way. He is sweet, friendly, gentle, and clearly discovering just how nice it feels to be loved. And although he’s becoming more confident and independent, Twizzler hasn’t forgotten his best buddy. He still loves to curl up and cuddle with his brother Chimney, and seeing these two together is incredibly sweet. ❤️. Twizzler has already experienced what it feels like to be left behind. Now we want him to experience something completely different: a safe, loving home where he will be cherished and never abandoned again. Come spend some time with Twizzler. He may just follow you over asking for a few pets—and before you know it, this sweet boy might be following you home. ❤️.
