Notes from Beaver County Humane Society

FELV+Theodore is a young handsome black cat, he's a bit shy at first and takes his time warming up, but once he feels safe, he enjoys gentle pets and a calm quiet companionship. The important thing to know about Theodore is that he has tested positive for Feline Leukemia Virus (FELV) and cannot go home with other cats due to such. This sweet boy will do best in a peaceful home where he can relax and feel secure, and will need regular checkups to ensure he is doing well given his situation with Feline Leukemia. Theodore doesn’t ask for much — just a cozy spot to nap, a soft voice, and a kind person aware of his medical condition to call his own. The Adoption Fee Includes:- initial feline distemper combination vaccination- first deworming or stool check- rabies vaccination (for animals over 3 months of age)- 24 Petwatch microchipping- flea treatment/preventative- spaying or neuteringAdoption Cost: $75.00FELV/FIV Testing provided for an additional fee of $35.00. Encouraged for multi cat household.
