Notes from Loving Care Cat Rescue

Taro was born in March 2026 and came to us through a TNR project in Reading, PA along with her brother Ube. She is calm and gentle and enjoys being with her brother and playing with the other foster cats and kittens. She is currently living at a foster home in York, PA. Taro’s adoption donation is $135 and includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and neuter/spay. Taro is spayed and Felv fiv negative. For more information on Taro, please contact Debbie at lovingcarecatrescue@gmail.com. To complete an online application, please visit https://lovingcarecatrescue.org/adopt/adoption-application/. Please note: LCCR does not allow our adopted cats and kittens to be declawed. All adopted kitties are to be kept as indoor-only pets.

What happens next

  1. Contact Loving Care Cat Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Loving Care Cat Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
