Notes from Castaway Critters, the James A. Hueholt Memorial Foundation

Dutch is a one-year-old former feral with a story as unique as his signature black eye patch—just like the Flying Dutchman himself. Found in an outdoor colony after surviving his first 6 months on his own, this handsome boy has traded the wild life for cozy beds and quiet companionship. Dutch may not be a fan of being held, but he absolutely loves being near his people—especially snuggled up beside you at bedtime. He’s great with other cats, does well with respectful dogs, and enjoys considerate kids who understand his independent spirit. Sweet, quirky, and full of charm, Dutch is the perfect mix of adventurous pirate and loyal best friend.

Dutch is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, litter trained, negative for FIV/FeLV and he is microchipped. If you think Dutch would be a good fit for your home, you can apply through our website here: https://www.castawaycritters.org/apply-to-adopt
