Stella is a sweet, soft, and gentle 4–5-year-old girl who is looking for a quiet home where she can finally have the stability she deserves. She is an indoor-only cat who is incredibly clean, always uses her litter box, and loves being near her person.

Stella enjoys playing with wand toys and especially loves curling up next to you in the evening. She can be a little nervous at first, but once she feels comfortable, she is happy to sit beside you, accept pets and pats, and cuddle up close.

Stella has had more than her share of changes. She previously lived in an assisted living community, where she had several owners before coming to live with her current mom. Her mom had hoped to be Stella’s final home, but after recently falling and breaking her hip, she is no longer able to care for her. Unfortunately, Stella’s family members all have cats of their own and cannot take her in.

Stella does not get along with other cats and would be happiest as the only pet in the home. Her history with dogs is unknown. Given everything she has been through, we think a calm, quiet household with a patient person who will give her time to settle in would be ideal.

Stella is a lovely girl who deserves a forever home where she can feel safe, loved, and secure. We hope her next home will truly be her last. She is currently in Portland and her rehoming fee is $25
