Notes from Cat's Cradle Rescue

This lovely 10-year-old girl is the ideal lap cat! She is sweet, well behaved, and happiest curled up with her person. She doesn’t scratch furniture, chew on plants, or have any house-training issues.

She is FIV-positive, but don’t let that diagnosis fool you—FIV doesn’t slow her down one bit! She is a loving, happy girl who would make a wonderful companion.

She is looking for a new home after her beloved owner passed away. She has always been an indoor cat and should remain indoors. Her rehoming fee is $50 and she lives with her caregiver in Medford. FIV+ cats can live in harmony with other non-aggressive cats and dogs.

This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Your information will be forwarded to the owner for follow-ups and meeting arrangement.

Cat's Cradle is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue serving Oregon cats who need new homes. 100% of your adoption fee goes to provide for the medical and physical needs of the cats in our care. We invite you to become a foster parent and experience the great satisfaction of helping a cat or kitten in need.

What happens next

  1. Contact Cat's Cradle Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Cat's Cradle Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
