Notes from Jefferson County Humane Society

🎃🖤 Whisper 🖤🎃

Shhh… don’t scare Whisper away! 👻🐾

Whisper is a 1-year-old boy who’s a little shy right now, but this handsome Halloween kitty has SO much potential hiding underneath that quiet personality. 🖤✨

With a little patience, love, and time to come out of his shell, we think Whisper could really work his magic. 🪄🐈⬛

🎃 A little shy, a little mysterious, and a whole lot of potential. 🖤✨

What happens next

  1. Contact Jefferson County Humane Society using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Jefferson County Humane Society, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
