Meet Xao (pronounced as Zaoww) Xao is about 1-year young, little Xao is looking for a quiet, comfortable home and a special person to call her own. Once she feels comfortable, Xao is sweet, enjoys pets, and likes spending time with her person. She’s more of a “hang out beside you” girl than a “pick me up and carry me around” kind of kitty—and there’s something pretty sweet about simply having her nearby. Xao would be happiest in an adult-only home with someone who understands cats and will give her the time and space to settle in at her own pace. A little cat-whisperer experience certainly wouldn’t hurt! If you have a quiet home and room in your heart for a petite companion, Xao is the girl you’ve been waiting for. Paws and Prayers cats are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, FIV/FeLV tested (neg), dewormed, current on flea/tick prevention, and microchipped at the time of adoption. They are litterbox trained unless otherwise noted. Please be aware we do not walk around standing & holding our shelter cats - this is unnatural to them and we like to keep them as comfortable as possible. Please read the entire bio before emailing the foster with questions. Meet and greets are not arranged unless an adoption application is filled out and approved and are by appointment only.
