Notes from Rose's Rescue

Meet Garlic! Garlic is a handsome, rambunctious little guy who is always ready to explore. He loves checking out everything around him and is usually right in the middle of whatever is going on. He has plenty of kitten energy and loves to wrestle and play with his siblings, Chive and Onion, but he is just as happy getting attention from his people. Garlic is a total lovebug who purrs nonstop and never turns down pets and affection. He has the perfect mix of playful energy and sweet kitten snuggles, and he's always happy to take a break from his adventures to spend time with you.

Garlic loves other cats and, like most kittens, he would be happiest in a home with feline companionship. His ideal home will already have another cat or be interested in adopting him with one of his siblings, Chive or Onion.

Garlic's adoption fee of $100 includes a negative test for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), neuter surgery, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, topical flea prevention, and a microchip. If he is adopted with one of his siblings, Chive or Onion, their adoption fee is $150.

For those viewing on Petfinder, please apply by clicking "More About Rose's Rescue," where you can complete an adoption application. You may also apply directly through the Rose's Rescue website under "Fees - Adoption Info - Online Application."

Thank you for considering adoption—our adoptable cats can't wait to meet you!

What happens next

  1. Contact Rose's Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Rose's Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
