Notes from Paws and Prayers

Meet Kitten Kevin! Kevin is 10–12 weeks young and, quite frankly, he’s making it very easy to fall in love with him. This sweet little boy is super affectionate and just an all-around lovable kitten. He gets along great with other cats, so he’d be happy to have a feline friend to hang out, play, and grow up with. Kevin hasn’t had the chance to meet dogs or kiddos yet, so we can’t say what he thinks of them—but when it comes to people and kitty friends, this little guy is a total sweetheart. Kevin’s adoption fee is $145.00 Please complete a non-obligatory application at www.pawsandprayers.org

Paws and Prayers kittens are spayed/neutered, have received at least two vaccines (adopter responsible for third kitten booster and rabies), have had a littermate or themselves FIV/FeLV tested, dewormed, current on flea/tick prevention, and microchipped at the time of adoption. They are litterbox trained unless otherwise noted. Please read the entire bio before emailing the foster with questions. Meet and greets are not arranged unless an adoption application is filled out and approved and are by appointment only.

Inquiries submitted through Petfinder or other third-party websites do not submit as applications in our database.

What happens next

  1. Contact Paws and Prayers using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Paws and Prayers, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
